I know this is a little late, but I thought I'd post for all those moms out there like me who searched the internet in the weeks before my repeat c-section to figure out how long I would have to stay in the hospital.

With my first unplanned section I stayed for 2 nights, with my second and planned section i stayed for 1 night. I was in no pain, with the first I took motrin for a day and the second I didn't take any pain meds. With both I was up and walking after 12 hours with minimal discomfort.
