Default Q for those who had 'failure to progress'

I am just wondering.....

Of those women who listed "failure to progress" or "arrest of descent" as the reason for their c-section, how many had their babies in a malposition during labour like posterior-facing, or forehead-first, etc?

Also, were many of you induced?

I have been reading up on this topic a lot lately thinking about delivery #2 (not happening yet), and it seems like there is often a link between these 3 things (posterior position/induction/c-section) and few doctors pay much attention to this before and during labour (ie. don't offer choices to try to naturally turn baby and also do things in labour which help to prevent baby turning eg. breaking the waters).

I had induction with prostaglandin gel and pitocin, had my waters broken quite early, had an epidural because back labour was so long and very strong, had a 9 lb 4 oz posterior baby with her chin right up and then needed the c-section.

So I'm just curious if other 'failure to progress' follows similar patterns?
