? about midwives....

Ok...so, I have read/heard that midwives will perform a VBAC (this would be a VBA2C for me)...but all of the midwives I have found do not do it... is there a certain type of midwife I should be looking for? I know there are CNM's, CPM's, DEM's, and LM's....which one performs a VBAC? There are a lot of CNM's around here that my insurance covers, and there are some CPM's and DEM's that my insurance does not cover....
Any info would be great as I would REALLY love to have a VBA2C!!!
