I can't believe it. I got the consent form for my VBAC today and it was really great. Probably the most friendly one I have ever seen before. If I get a chance I'll try to type it up. It went on and on about the benefits of a VBAC and mentioned the less then 1% risk of a UR. She also gave me a phamplet to read on VBACs and it had some information in there that I was not even aware. I wish every woman could get to read this and then decide for themselves if they wanted a VBAC or not, instead of being scared into a c/s or just denied by their doctors and hospitals outright.
The appointment went well. I dropped back down from measuring 8 weeks ahead to back to 3 weeks ahead, which I was happy about. I honestly thought something was weird last appointment with suddenly jumping 8 weeks ahead but didn't know what, especially since the baby was not measuring that big and I did not have too much amniotic fluid. Who knows what caused the big leap? MW speculated that baby was just not settled in and she is more now.
My MW asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment for an u/s at 38 weeks to measure the size of the baby. I asked what would happen if the baby was measuring large and said the hospital would push for an induction. I said I would rather not then, she said good, she just had to offer it to me

I asked her if there was a problem with my possibly having a large baby and she said nope not for her, so that was good also good news. I asked how long I could go, and she said 42 weeks but she really wanted me to go on my own and no inductions or anything...so I'm not sure if that means she will let me go later or what?
She recommended that I get a exercise ball and start sitting on that to help get baby into optimal fetal position. I asked her if I could get an u/s at 35/36 weeks to check babies position to make sure she is not breech, and she said absolutely. I said I did not want a weight check done then either and she laughed and said not a problem.
So all seems to be going well! I can't believe how close I am!
