Here's the general answers to all your questions..
So...how many u/s should I expect? This varies by doctor and you. If you have no issues, you won't have too many, but still more than you would if you had a singleton. If you have issues, you'll definitely have a lot more than that.
Will I have to see a Peri? Again, varies by doctor and your situation. Sometimes docs may want you to see a Peri once to do a full diagnostic and then you won't see them again. Others are followed by a peri consistantly. Your doc should let you know if and when to see one.
Have you found your OB anxious to plan a c/s? Again, talk to your doc. Some docs are more worried about possible problems with twins/multiples and do tend to lean more towards a c/s. It's easier for them to control things. That said, depending again on your situation, if you are fine and the babies are fine - you can definitely have a vaginal birth. If there are complications the risk of having a c/s goes up. And definitely different types of twins makes a c/s more imminent. Mono/mono twins almost always have a c/s. Mono/di twins it goes either way. Di/di twins have probably the best chance at a vaginal birth.
What additional testing do they want you to do? Varies by doctors and your situation. Sometimes you may get just the basic tests unless there are any issues which may suggest needing CVS or amnio or other tests to check the babies. There aren't any tests specifically for multiples that I know of.
Do you have appts more often even in the beginning? Not necessarily and hold on...here it comes again - it will depend on your doc and situation. Again different types of twins may warrant more check ups to watch for signs of TTTS etc, but otherwise if there's no problems, you may not have much more than a mom of a singleton.
Will they want me to do an induction so they can control the situation? If your pg is uneventful and you have twins that are ok to come vaginally - they shouldn't control it too much. Again, talk to your doctor if he's ok with a vaginal birth if all things are uneventful and baby A is head down...
Did you find out the gender through your basic u/s or another test like the cvs? Majority of people find out via u/s.
