Icon5 Anterior placenta and movements

I was told with an anterior placenta that most of the babies' movements would be muffled. Well, I can't even imagine what it would be like if they weren't muffled because I'm feeling some pretty significant jabs and kicks. To the point that they wake me up in the middle of the night and sometimes they really hurt. What gives??

I don't know much about anterior placenta situations, but I'm glad you are getting to feel those movements (a rite of passage and initiation for moms of multiples, haha)! I hope they will no be so painful!

I am woken up in the middle of the night as well.. and the anterior placenta is only going to cushion those blows for so long.. .. remember you got limbs everywhere in there. Isn't it reassuring though.

Last night Baby A was moving so much it had me crying. It was like a fist grinding on my cervix.
