Hello all, I am new to P&B but not to infertility. We have known for 5 yrs about our male factor and I was recently treated for Endo. As of April 25th I will be comming off the Lupron I was on for 6 months. It has been great. On may 2nd we start 100mg of clomid and inducing a cycle for IUI using a donor.

that sould be great, How long you been ttcing? Working on the natural approch or medicated? i can't wait to get started on the Clomid it is like a new begining that after so many long hard years might finally lead to our dreams.

the male factore we have is not at all by choice, but from the hands of a doctor 24 yrs ago where he slipped and ooppps I may have cut your son's vas. The good doctor was nice enough to attempt repair and put a clip over it so it would show up on x-ray. we found out just months before we were married. I think she shared it finally so that I wouldn't marry John but oh well love is what got us through this much and it will get us through so much more. We tried 3 years ago with an unconventional reversal but it failed and we still have a zero count. We went and crossed from the producing testical to the small un-developed testicals tube since it was open and not inflamed like the other side. Sorry if it was TMI. I'll stop by ttcing #1 and check it out.

We are kind of just letting whatever happens happen right now. We're thinking about TTC'ing more actively though if it doesn't happen on it's own in the next 2-3 months.

I'm not taking anything..just the all natural approach for now. I guess we'll see how that turns out.

Oh by the way, I looked at your website. You have some really cute babies on there! Looks like you have a great hobby! Years ago my Mom bought me a really special doll that reminds me of some of the ones that you have on there. She's really cute. She has a Christening outfit on & she's asleep. If I was home I would take a picture for you. (I'm currently in Japan for my husbands job.)

Oh I'm sorry to hear that! Do they know of any other way that they can retrieve sperm? Or is it that none is produced at all now? (If too personal, just let me know. You sound pretty open with it though so I thought I would ask to try & understand the situation better.)

Who is it that told you right before you were getting married? His Mother? I'm sorry..I couldn't tell if you meant a Doctor or his Mother or someone else.

if we coud afford it they could retreive from the testical immature sperm but for that it would be on the lines of doing IVF and that isn't something we can afford. Thanks to the babies that I make and the over-time John has put in we can afford one cycle of DIUI.

It was actully MIL that told us finally. Never told John even befor that point. Though I think it was a bit of a motive for her to tell us for me not to marry him as she hates me always has and probbly always will.
