Hi

I know about the baby blues.I'm a mother of 9. I remember after my first baby was born, I had a bout with it; the strongest I felt. I just managed to keep myself busy and they went away. you get them because of the sudden hormonal changes that occur after birth..its like you have a high level of hormones, then it just drops and your system needs to catch up. Take an example..when you eat alot of sugar, you feel great for a while, then your "sugar high" runs out and you start to feel sluggish. with the rest of my kiddos, I felt a little blue, but I kept my mind on other things and tried to stay busy; that seemed to help. also limit the sugar intake, try to get some sleep;even quick naps during the day if you can. 1-4 cups of redraspberry leaf tea helps with the hormonal thing. take walks, get outside for a little while, that works wonders, the sun can replace your body with vitamins too. Hope my advice helps.
