Icon7 Hello,

Hi, I'm Missy.

My husband and I have been trying for 3.5 years to have a baby. We've had a bumpy road as most of us have had! I had thyroid issues that had to be resolved in the begining. We miscarried last year on my birthday! (yuck) I had a partial molar pregnancy and so wasn't allowed to have a baby for 9 months. (had to have weekly blood tests!) Scott had Prostatis which took too long to clear up and then his count was low. Luckly it has gone up recently! In the last three months I've been on chlomid two cycles and we just had our first IUI. That was an interesting experience!

I feel like no one who hasn't been in this position understands what it is like. They just don't get it. If they did I think they'd be calling more and sending casseroles or hot muffins over! I have a feeling like I am all alone in this process, excluding my husband. Scott is a great guy, he's the most supportive and understanding guy I've ever met!

Other than that, I have lots of reptiles, I love cats, I have chinchillas and my husband has ferrets. I am a 3-4 year old kindergarten teacher. And I live in small town central Wisconsin. (It's friggin cold here!) Scott is restoring a '71 super beetle convertible and we inherited a 65 Rambler. So we got the classic car thing going on. But don't think we're rich! Far from it, specially with the fertility bills coming in!

I'm glad to have found this site I needed someone who can relate to talk with. All my relatives are fertile. (bastards!)

Missy
