Default Hello

I thought I should come in and introduce myself. My name is Meredith, I'm 25years old and married to a wonderful man named Mike. We have a wonderful son, Caleb, who will be 3 in August. We are TTC baby #2 and I can't wait for that BFP. We are finding it surprisingly difficult. We have been trying since December with no luck. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with my body, I stopped BC in November and haven't had a normal cycle since. I was trying to avoid buying a OPK, as they are not cheap, but I am a charting idiot, so it looks like I will have to buy one. I haven't gotten AF since the end of March, so I was hoping that it was good news, but I have taken tests with not good results. Does anyone know if a woman can just not ovulate without being in menopause???? Sorry to ramble on, its just frustrating, especially when Caleb was so easy.

YES! I am one of those women....always have been- that ovulates every few months...totally sporadic. My dd was conceived naturally, but w/ds ( 3 months old) I had to use clomid. So..don't get frustrated, it happens..and most people don't realize how many attempts it can take to get a bfp until they are really "trying". My advice is to relax and maybe lay off the charting for a month or 2...I know that charting for me and a few others really stressed us and made us a bit obsessive- imo- hth Good luck!
