Hi guys!! It's so great to see so many of you joining the boards. I have been lurking for a while and just checking things out not really knowing where I fit in. I have three boys, aged 12, 7 and four months and am not quite reading to ttc yet but at the same time am really eager to have at least two more babies but without large gaps like in the past!!

After three boys I also really, REALLY, want a girl, so we will wait and see...

Are there any of you in the same boat? Just a bub, not yet trying but want to again soon? I am not sure how long to leave for a gap, I dont know if I would cope with two close together after having five and then seven year gaps between the other kids. Any of you have two close together or planning on doing it?

Hi,
I post with th e other girls on Cycle Buddies, but just read your post. My baby boy is just now 5 months old! I want to have another but want to wait at least a year. I don't want them to be too far apart in age. My brother and I are 7 years apart and I would like mine to be closer. I guess you have already done that though!!! Just my luck though, I will end up pg within the next few months!!!!

I know what you mean about the age difference - my brother and I were only 22mths apart and although we fought as kids by the time we had hit our teens we had the same interests, friends etc and it was great. My two eldest boys fight like cat and dog and I wish that I hadnt left it so long in between but I had a m/c and then depo so I wouldnt get pregnant (so I wouldnt get heartbroken again) and then tried to come off that and it took me 7mths from the end of the last cycle to start Oing again and then another m/c and then my second son!! Then I decided that I wanted a career!! So I have been working for the past six years straight, Lachlan is 7 in three weeks and I think I will ttc after my 30th in July. Then hopefully I will have a 2007 bub and the difference will be less than two years.
