help please

I am 10 weeks pregnant (this is my 4th pregnancy and have not had any success). I have incompetent cervix and will be getting my cerclage in 2 weeks. I am noticed an icrease in discharge...sticky and off white (sorry TMI). Can anyone tell me if this is normal. I do hear about white or clear discharge discharge but never about it being sticky.
