gallstones caused from pregnancy

I was told that my gallstones are pregnancy related! I am having a hard time with the fact that the day I had my glucouse test I had a severe gallbladder attack, which then led to me finding out I had gallstones. Now, they want to take my gallbladder out while Im pregnant. Im very scared about that.
