1) How far along are you today?

2) Gained or Lost Weight? How many lbs?

3) What symptoms do you have/still have?

4) When is your next appt?

5) Have you had your Big U/S? If not when is it?

6) Do you know what baby is?

7) Have any names picked out?

8) Any weird cravings/aversions?

9) What has been your favorite part of this pregnancy?
