Default Pregnant with my second child

I am new to this website, so bear with me! ha
I am looking for some advice here. I have a 9 month old son, Tyler. It's my first child and my husbands 3rd. He had 2 daughters from his first marriage. We are now expecting our second child in October. I'll have a 1 year old and a new baby. AGHH.
It's not that we didnt want to have more children together, but we werent expecting it to happent this quickly.
Any suggestions on how to do this? I just had my ultrasound and am expected a girl. However, Tyler's room could hold 2 cribs and 2 babies. I just dont know if I should have my 1 year old with a new baby, sleeping schedules considered. I have 2 other bedrooms, but they are both upstairs.
Ideas on where to put this new little girl?
Also, any tips on chasing after a 1 year old and taking care of a newborn!!
I'm a little overwhelmed. I thought I was busy now, but I see my life is only going to be busier!! ha
Help!!
