Me and DH are just starting out to try for a baby . I would like some advice about this please AF arrived on 22nd feb should had been 4 days earlier. I have a 28 day cycle. I ovulate on March 8th . If we have bd starting from feb 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th . Is that right dates to conceive ??? Or we should we have bd on later dates or even sooner dates ?? Any advice appreciated . We want to make sure we have covered every day to conceive.

looks like you are doing everything right. Sperm need to be present for about 12 hours before they can fertilize the egg. They can live for 3-5 days in your body. So you want to have sex everyday for 5 days before O'ing as well as the day of. Some people also recommend the day after, just to cover all bases. The most fertile day is the day before O'ing.
Question: are you charting your temperatures so that you know the exact day you are O'ing?
