Tasha- I can't believe your baby boy will be born so soon. That is so exciting!!! Do you still have a lot to do? I can't wait to see the pictures and hear all about him!

We're getting there. We really just have a little cleaning left to do. The symphysis pubic dysfunction (SPD) pain that I have is getting really bad so I am honestly not much help. Dh is doing a lot of it himself and I don't know what I'd do without him at this point! I never had SPD with my dd so this is a new thing for me and I am so ready to be done because of it. Cohen will be here via c-section on June 18 if I don't have him sooner on my own (and I don't see that happening!) so not too much longer at least.

It will probably be after June 21 before I update everyone with birth stats and pictures and stuff since I won't have an Internet connection at the hospital. I will definitely try to get on here before the c-section and let you all know that I am headed to the hospital though. And I will try to check in and just post a little this week too if I can. I can't believe I am this close to the end. I am a little nervous and in disbelief too but definitely getting excited!

It is so close how exciting! So many people told me "treasure each moment because the time goes by so fast" which I have noticed is totally true! My dd is almost a month old already. So be sure to take lots of pics of little Cohen to show us. Cant wait to see him, and I hope everything goes well for you. HAve you decided if you are going to do the spinal or be put out?

Lol, I think I'm one of the ones that told you how fast it goes actually! I know it is unreal how time flies by once the little one arrives, huh? I bet you are definitely cherishing every moment with that sweet little princess though.

I am giving the spinal a shot this time. You and several others made it seem okay and then after doing a little research and talking with my OB I've decided to definitely give it a shot. I'm still a little nervous (though not nearly like I was a month ago!) but I will feel more in control this time if I am not put to sleep again...plus I want to be able to hold him and try breastfeeding him as soon as possible. Last time I didn't even see Kylie until she was over 3 hours old since I was put out and then I was so out of it that I didn't even attempt breastfeeding and opted to do formula instead so others could feed her and I could try to rest. This time I want a different experience (hopefully!)

I officially have 1 more week ladies!! I can't believe it! You guys have all been so great and I'm glad I have gotten to know you all!

Oh good! I am glad you are trying the spinal. I hope all goes well and you will be able to be awake when your little boy arrives. I was very nervous as well for the spinal, more nervous for that than the actual c-section, but it was soooo much better then I expected. It hardly even hurt amazingly. Cant wait to hear how everything goes, I am sure it will go great!

I can't believe you are having another one already! You have done great with the board, I'm hoping to come back soon, even if it's only for a few months (turn 30 in Nov)

Nothing going on here. DD has the flu, so we aren't doing anything this weekend. I hope everyone is doing well!

Time for me to check in for me before I head out for the day. We're going to spend the day with DH's family and probably do a little swimming too if it's as hot as it's been. And tomorrow we're thinking of going to th beach! It's been a long time since we've been and I am excited about it.

Congratulations, Lynne!

Things are kind of crazy here. Cohen has had pretty bad jaundice and has been lethargic which has not helped with breastfeeding either. He is on a Biliblanket to help bring the jaundice down and we are going to the hospital where he was born and doing daily bilirubin checks (where they prick his heel...his poor heels have been pricked quite a bit since he was born last week) until that is under control. He also went from 9.2 lbs to 8 lbs 1.1 oz since birth and we are watching his weight. Thankfully his bilirubin level dropped from 17.8 to 15.2 from yesterday to today which is definitely good. He gained 1.1 oz since yesterday too. He's still on the Biliblanket for at least 1 more day but his levels are definitely improving and nursing has gone much better now that we are getting that under control too. That's pretty much how our time home from the hospital has been this week but he is just the sweetest baby and if this is the worst we have to deal with then we will be just fine and we can't complain.

Oh, and Dh and I have definitely decided that our family feels complete now and he will be getting a vasectomy at some point in the near future too. We thought there was a chance we were done having kids before but were still not 100% sure until after Cohen was born. I am pretty certain we are now though. We have our girl and our boy and we both feel done. It's a bittersweet decision but one I feel content with at this point.

Tasha ~ I sympathize with you on the bili rubin. I had to go through this with #2 & #4. Number 2 was nothing like #4. With Braeden he had to stay in the hospital an extra 2 days and had to be on a bili bed in there. Then he was on one at home for 6-8 days. Taking him to the dr's office every day to have it drawn. How high did his get? Braeden's was up to over 21. He also went from 8 lb 5 oz to 7 lb 9 oz in the hospital because of it.

Lea ~ I'm good. How are you? I think the only plans we have this weekend are getting ready for my dad & grandparents to arrive, they come in Sat morning sometime.

Not any real plans. I'm getting ready to leave to see my grandparents for a couple days and pick Kyrson up. She went with her favorite G'pa for a few days this week. Boy was it too quiet around here! I'll be making a couple more trips to visit them before the middle of August. I won't travel after that. It's only 1 1/2 hrs away, but still! Hope you guys have a wonderful weekend. I'm not sure how much more I'll be on this week.

Well, if we had any before the L&D scare, we certainly don't have any now, which is a good thing too because it's so darned hot. We're skipping our yearly trip to Disneyland every July, but we'll find another time to make it down there, I am sure of that. If it counts, we're moving next week, and I'm sure that will be enough of an adventure on it's own!

OH! We've also got the twins birthday coming up in just a couple of weeks (the 26th)! Holy Crow, they're going to 3 years old. How on earth did this happen?

Do you like your name? I don't absolutely hate my name, but I'm not breath-taking in love with it either. But I do love my name. Besides, I'm the one who chooses to go by Arrianah, which isn't even my first name to begin with. I don't really like my first name, and if I had one complaint about my name as a whole it would be that my mother picked way, way, way too many names for me.

So does anyone have plans for the weekend? Here we are, its Friday

and there are no big plans for me.

I'm still waiting for my next movies from Netflix to come in. Which they haven't and the stupid webpage says they should have arrived on Wednesday. Maybe I'll read a little bit. DH has been busy with work all week and so we're planning a special birthday dinner for tomorrow night since we didn't really get to do anything for his birthday in the first place (July 7, he's now 23). At least I wont be on bedrest any more by the time my birthday rolls along in September.
