I had my twins and raised them by myself for the first four years. You can do it!! My best advice is to accept help when it's offerend and don't be afraid to ask for help!!! Good Luck on a H&H pregnancy.
I too am due in October! My first appointment is tomorrow! Two of my friends swear that I'm having twins!? So now I'm so my OB will enlighten me tomorrow with that news!! eeeks
