Thanks ladies!! I have been MIA A LOT lately, but I wanted to thank you all for the wonderful advice I'm giving up on him completely now and taking him through the court system to get child support. His lame a$$ should be paying the CS as he has nothing better to offer either of us.

I'm glad you've decided what you have and hopefully things go well for you! I know my kids' dad got nailed BIG TIME on child support, but then my sister's ex only had to pay 120/mo for their daughter. Child support has helped me a lot through some hard times, and I was able to go to school because I was getting it and now I have a good income on my own (when I can work, which is not now). Even if I hadn't needed it, I would have saved it for the boys when they get older in savings. The father should have to be held responsible for SOMETHING.
