started swelling yet? It started last night for me in the ankles and it's still going. Not really bad but enough to notice. Is that bad? How can you get rid of it?
Just drink more water, low salt foods, exercise when you can, feet up. If it's really bad talk to your dr about TED hose (a type of stocking) you can put on. None here!
I agree with the other ladies. A nice foot rub after a warm shower with some lotion helped too. Not for long but when your in pain a little while is long enough. Luckily my feet and ankles didnt "explode" until about 9 months. It isnt "bad".. it's very common. I never could get rid of it.. except giving birth of course ha ha. Hope you find some relief
