Default Weight Watchers

Mindy and I are back on track 100% as of yesterday with weight watchers. Amy, Jill and anyone else, let us know if you are with us. We weigh ourselves on Mondays. I think it would be great if we could get this board active again with ww buddies : )

Ooo I have been so bad about my points.... I stopped counting due to just being burnt out. Nice to know there are other WW mommas though! That's helpful!!!

What plans do you ladies use? I have the latest WW mag issue and reading over the flex plan, it sounds pretty good too. I dont plan menus well though.

I do the flex plan! I don't have to worry about planning meals, etc. I know how many points I have to use and that's it. If I dont' have something great planned for dinner, I at least know I can have something quick and easy and still be within my points.

I tried the Core plan before and I just didn't have the time to plan all those meals.

Ohh ok! I guess the menu was a "suggestion" now that I've read it thru again The WW mag is really good...I think I'll keep on picking it up!

As for points, even though I'm not a long time user of it, I pretty much know when I'm about ready to take a huge dive...like the frappucinos being 9 points LOL I know I've been tired of dieting but, I really need to get back into the habit of writing my points down!

I'm not doing weight watchers or anything, but I would love to join you guys. I'm gonna start on Monday! How about this............every Monday, we will do a weekly weight check in. Although some of us probably don't wanna actually put our weights, but I will, seeing those numbers come down will be excellent motivation!! I'm NOT proud of what my weight is, but I KNOW that sharing it with you guys will motivate me more to bring the total down. Here are some questions we can do for the weekly weigh in that I can think of off the top of my head:

Beginning weight for this week? ( make sure you weigh yourself FIRST thing in the morning )
Goals for the week?
Anything you did last week your proud of as far as dieting/exercising or whatever?
Anthing new in mind your gonna do this week as far as dieting/exercising?
What exercising are you doing this week or did you do last week?
Did you eat anything you know you should NOT have?

Help me think of more things we can add for this weekly weight check in. We can learn alot from each other by doing this!!

Ok good!! Every Monday there will be a weigh in thread with these questions to answer and every week we can look back and be able to see where we are!! ( I will even post the thread every week if no one has any objections to it ) YAY!!! I don't know how far you guys are but Mon will be my very first weigh in. Do you guys wanna just make Monday March 10th be our FIRST day of dieting and exercising?

Here are the questions we will answer every Monday for our weigh in thread:

I can't wait to get this started!!! I've probably got the most to lose out of ALL of you. I know we've never shared our actual weights before, but I'm really hoping that we all will, come Mondays for the weigh in's. Better cheat this weekend while you can girls.....Monday we're hopping on the diet wagon....lol And this time, I plan on staying on it and NOT falling off face first...LMBO!!!
