Today is my birthday, can I just skip it this week? LOL!! J/K I will answer this thread later on today.

1) Beginning weight for this week?

2) Goals for the week?

3) Anything you did last week your proud of as far as dieting/exercising or whatever?

4) Anything new in mind your gonna do this week as far as dieting/exercising?

5) What exercising are you doing this week or did you do last week?

6) Did you eat anything you know you should NOT have?

7) Are you taking anything to help with the weight loss?

8) How do you feel about yourself today?

9) Any questions or comments for anyone?

10) Need to vent about anything?

6) Did you eat anything you know you should NOT have? duh, where do i start

7) Are you taking anything to help with the weight loss? , nope

8) How do you feel about yourself today? emotionally stressed out....my fur baby is home on hospice care and between her and my newborn I need a vacation

9) Any questions or comments for anyone?

10) Need to vent about anything? Not that I would change anything in the world about my son or having him because next week will be better but right now being a single mom and doing this all solo sucks

I have nothing good to share about last week.

I think it finally "clicked" for me today! I need to do this for myself and my family.

Bob from The Biggest Loser said something last night that just made sense.
Eat less and move more! Now how simple is that!
I am trying to just take it one day at a time.
