If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Hawaii on a remote island somewhere with nothing but sandy white beaches and glass bottom clear water, sipping pina colodas, and I'd have a mansion with housekeepers and maids. Ahh in my dreamsHow did you meet DH?:
At a summer job. This is so lame (lauging) but we met at a scissors factory. It was shear love (get it?)
What did you do on your first/favorite date?
Went to movie and out to dinner.
Where did you honeymoon?:
Door County, WI, My dad has a condo there
How long in total have you been together?
Married almost 8 years (in June) and been together for 12 years
What is your favorite childhood memory?

What traditions from your childhood will you continue with your own children?:
Fonduing on Christmas eve, giving them a collectible gift on Christmas eve, making their favorite meal on their birthdays, going trick-or-treating together as a family, decorating the house and Christmas tree together as family as well as picking out Xmas tree together.
What is your favorite part of being a mom?:
all the hugs and kisses I get all day long and never tiring of hearing them tell me "I love you mom"
Do you plan on more kids?
Yup as a matter of fact we're starting ttc in August. Hoping for some of Amy's twin dust
Would love twin boys...then I'd have my two boys and two girls. If next one is a girl we'll try sooner than later for that coveted boy. But we are happy with whatever gender we get
Do you have pets? What kind? Names?:
We have a beautiful Maine coon cat named Sassy and a sweet pure bred black lab named Maggie. Oh and some random bugs my kids like to collect in their bug boxes.

Something we'd never guess about you:
I have a low platelet count which means I bleed more than most people if I get a cut or something. Also, I can burp the alphabet I can belch like a drunken sailor.
Why did you choose the SK name you did?:
I have no creativity LOL. Easy to remember I suppose.What's your favorite age in your children's development? Why?
I loved the age of 0-9 months best cuz it was just their discovering everything, the closeness you feel while breastfeeding, and constant cuteness, being so in love with this little person, first smiles, coos, first belly laugh. I can't wait to have a baby around the house again soon
Are you a working mom or a SAHM? If you are a working mom what do you do? If you are a SAHM what is your favorite part about staying home with the kids?
I'm a working mom and I work with little boy sex offenders (hope that doesn't scare anyone off). I have a social work degree and license. But I work overnights so I get my days with my kids.

Describe a typical day in your life.
Get up a 6am and eat and work out on treadmill, take Hannah to school on Mon-Thurs and both kids on Tues and Thurs when Ava goes to Preschool, lunch after school, Ava naps and Hannah has quiet time looking at books or my reading to her, Ava gets up from nap and we play the three of us (games, barbies, or whatever they want), snack, supper at 5:30pm, play and hang out before bed, bedtime at 8:00pm sharp. Yeah we're kinda boring but very structured cuz kids need that. Of course spring and summer are a completely different story cuz we outside alot.How old are you?

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A marine mammalogist. I wanted to work with dolphins and killer whales at Sea World and help train themWhat is something you're talented or skilled at?
Tennis. I went to Nationals in college and have met MANY pro tennis players. Anyone heard of Andy Roddick? Such a HOTTIE. Also met Boris Becker, Stefan Edberg, Patrick McEnroe (John McEnroe's brother), Patrick Rafter, Xavier Malisse (dated Jennifer Capriati for a while), and have seen Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi several times and even saw Steffi Graf and Brigitte Wilson-Sampras in person. She's GORGEOUS.
What is the best present you've ever received?
My children hands down.

I was teased horribly in school for a severe learning disability

Almost entire east coast, many parts of midwest, Florida, London England, Scotland, Canada. Only place I haven't been in US is out west.

That I was not able to vaginally deliver my first child. She was coming out in transverse position (sunny side up) and got stuck and I ended up with an emergency c-section. I just feel robbed of the experience of pushing my child out the more nature intended it
What is the worst experience you've ever had?
Accidently walked into boys locker room before I started my first year of high school. Don't ask
Is dh your first love?
Sadly no. I was madly in love with a guy named Matt and we had AMAZING chemistry. In retrospect though it was more lust than love but we could NOT keep our hands off each other and he was the best kisser ever.
What is the worst thing you got caught doing?
Talking over a tornado siren in the middle of the night...it was flippin funnier than hell. If you wanna know more I'll tell ya
If you could have a day off from parenting, what would you do?
Go to the spa, be pampered from head to toe (facials, manicures, pedicures, deep tissue massage, the works) all while sipping on a Gold Medalist strawberry smoothie drink from TGI Fridays. Then come home and have hot uninterrupted sex with my hubby
What are your hobbies?
LOVE scrapbooking, photography, posting my SK buddies, getting together with friends, playing uno and card with hubby

Gorgeous. It rained the entire week prior and on my wedding day I woke up to sunny weather and blue skies and the most gorgeous sunset that night The day was perfect, hair turned out gorgeous, wedding wonderful, reception so oooo fun people are still talking about it, and wedding night (incredibly romantic)
What is one thing you say a lot? Favorite phrase?

Sunset definitely. Unless I'm at dad's condo in Door County with my hubby then sunrise

I scream and then ask for the most intimate details of the conception LOL. Sex is my favorite topic of conversation and every one of my friends knows that

Estee Lauder makeup (hey it was the Goodwill sale) and Weight watchers snack bars

My friend miscarrying her baby at 5 weeks

I HATE Walmart...I'm so a Target girl and do they have a $100 rule there? Seriously I come with my list and leave with at least $100 of crap I don't really need but I just convince myself I do

What kind of milk do you drink?
Skim all the way but I have a total weakness for chocolate milk
What is something you need to go shopping for?
Clothes...since I'm slowly starting to lose weight I need a new wardrobe. Also need some Weight Watchers products

Nope
Favorite pop-tart flavor? Gosh I never thought about it but I would have to say chocolate
What is something you look forward to most when your children get older?
Going to kids sporting events or school events, seeing how they use values we are instilling in them, what they decide to do with their lives, seeing them get married and have children of their own. Just watching them evolve into their own person
What is your “type” of guy?
I like someone who is HOT (and my hubby definitely is), sweet, sense of humor a must, dark haired guy, great eyes you can just get lost in. I have a weird turn on...I go NUTS for guys who wear their hat backwards.
If you could change one day in your life what would it be and why?
A birthday when I was younger..I got more excited over an Alf stuffed animal than a new bike. It hurt mom's feelings so much.
What do you hate to clean? What do you enjoy cleaning/chores?
Hate washing dishes, folding clothes and putting them away (don't mind washing), dusting, cleaning bathrooms. I don't mind vacuuming.
What do you like best about yourself?
My compassion for other people and ability to empathize. I have a great ability to draw people out of themselves and talk about how they feel. I was the floor therapist in college
What is one thing you said/thought you would NEVER do as a mom but ended up doing?
Gave my older one a little taste of soap in mouth for talking back (no judgement please) I feel bad enough as it is.
