Losing the baby weight...check in!
Ok Ladies...for those of you wanting to lose that baby weight...how about we check in weekly with each other. Let's make some goals for the week and then follow up with each other!?
The goal can be anything from eating healthy, getting in all your water, etc!
My goal for the week: Stop making excuses and start taking action.
I keep on saying I am going to stop getting that 20 oz morning cappucino...my goal is to cut it out of my routine.
I can't wait to hear from the rest of you!

ok, when these cookies are gone, I need to stop with the sweets! my sweet tooth has been out of control since giving birth, and I keep pushing the "but the oatmeal will help my milk supply" as an excuse to eat cookies all day!

My goal is to get back on track and stick to something I start. I am having a terrible week!
If only the cookies I eat were oatmeal, lol!

See my weakness is NOT really cookies, it's mashed potatoes and pasta...all those damn starchy foods! GRRR!!!
My goal is to just get back on my diet, like I was doing before I got pregnant with the twins and stick to it. I KNOW I CAN do it, I did it before, I just gotta get back on it and stick with it!!

Molly-Fae just turned 8mos yesterday and I'm still struggling! I was so gung ho, doin pretty well and then...ppffftt! I'm so tired of trying to lose weight, kwim? I've been in kind of a rut for a few months now. I even stopped counting my WW points. I dont go overboard but, I dont get as physical as I should to really begin to take it off.
I think a weekly goal is good! Lets do it But dont beat yourself up if you give in a have a coffee drink...everything in moderation! And if you dont treat yourself sometimes, you'll really have a breakdown Coffee habits are a HUGE diet speedbump for me too! Since a grande mocha frap is 9 points on the WW point system, I limit myself severely on those nowadays!

Ok, I FAILED! we finished the cookies - then I made muffins! I don't know what's wrong with me, I never even had much of a sweet tooth until I gave birth!! This coming week is my last week t home, so I'm giving myself a free pass to enjoy my time, then March 10th when I start back to work I'll get serious again. I think just being out of the house will even help so I don't sit here and snack all day.
