SheKnows June Newsletter
Summer to me is....
biting into a ripe watermelon, relaxing on the beach, watching the kids drench each other in a water fight, digging in the cool garden dirt and wishing the warm afternoons would last forever. What is summer to you? Maybe it's late night roasting marshmallows around the fire pit or camp outs with the kids. What ever the beginning of summer means to you make sure to slow down and enjoy the delicious simple days of June while they are here!
Would love for you all to also join us by reading our SheKnows Official book club pick for June/July which is Heart of the Matter by Emily Giffin. It's a great story on motherhood, marriage, suburbia... and check out our current article and contest where you can win Emily Giffin's favorite things!
Happy reading!

Post Baby Shape Up has come back to life and would love to have more members. It is a place for mom's to give and receive support as you work on losing weight and/or shaping up. We have a weekly challenge that members can participate in - but is not mandatory - to help members focus on their eating habits and exercise. Points are accumulated all week and the member with the highest score at the end of the week receives a graphic to add to their siggy for the following week. We have daily chats to encourage each other and just talk about what's going on in your day. We would love to have you come check us out and tell members of your boards about us.
