My symptoms list....
I know when I was pregnant I read every post that had anything to do with symptoms and compared so I'm gonna tell you what I had...
Before I even knew I was preggers....
I had a heavy feeling in my belly (I had to hold it while I was running around playing with my dog cuz I felt like it was gonna fall out...really weird feeling)
I was constantly hungry. Every couple hours I had to eat. This started about when my af was about to arrive so I didn't think anything of it because that's one of my af signals. But it didn't let up...It just kept going and I kept eating
Constipation!!! Gross, I know, but for both me and my little sister this was the main odd, unexpected symptom when we got prengnant. Now, I get a little constipated right before my af but this was awful. I cried. I tried everything. And it lasted forever. Actually it lasted the whole time I was preggers. Not just a couple days. It wouldn't go away. After I looked through my calendar and read back, trying to figure out why I didn't notice that I was preggers, I realized I had been constipated from about the minute I got pregnant. It started even before my period was late. It was awful.
Of course, af didn't arrive. No spotting. Just really bad cramps before my period was due and they continued until after af didn't arrive. They eased up later and became the "pulling" type of cramps I read about. I was so sure my period was going to start that I wore pads for about 3 weeks. I never thought you had cramps like that when you were preggers, but I did. I had the sharp cramps on either side that kindof feel like ovulation cramps, and I had the achey ones that feel like they go all the way into your legs.

I was 3 weeks late for my period when I tested. The only reason I tested is cuz my fiance begged me to and I was completely floored when I got a BFP. I would have put money down that I just had a really bad cyst and that was screwing up my cycle or that I was just going to have a REALLY bad af. I had no nausea (the whole time). And my boobs didn't hurt until I was about 9-10weeks along. Really all my symptoms were pms symptoms except the extreme constipation thing. And I had relatively easy symptoms even compared to some of the singleton pregnancies I've read about.
I was 6wks 5days (3 weeks late for af) when I found out and I got an ultrasound at 7 weeks and they were twins!!!! Unfortunately, they died at 15 weeks. They were monoamniotic (which means they were in the same amniotic sac and they shared their placenta) and their cords to tangle.
Anyway, I don't know what all this means. I'm not even sure what It'll be like next time. I've heard that it's different everytime and it's different for every woman but this is what I experienced.
