Default Implantation Bleeding?

I am new here...had to go somewhere where I didn't know anyone b/c a friend in my circle just had a miscarriage

I have 4 wonderful children. My youngest will turn one next month and I have not gotten my cycle back yet. I am currently nursing him and my 3 year old. About 2 weeks ago I noticed very thick and stringy cervical mucous on one occasion during a trip to the bathroom. Later that night (or maybe the next day) dh and I DTD using the pull and pray method of contraception (ran out of condoms). DH knows that I want another baby (though now is definitely not the best time) but he refuses to get the big "V."

About 3:30 today I get some brown pink-tinged spotting. A very small amount. It quits. So I immediately think that I am about to start bleeding heavily and my cycle has started back. Not the case. I just took a pregnancy test and it's negative. I want to know, but I feel like I would be waisting time and $$ if I tookk another test.

If that bleeding was implantation, when can I test again and should I buy one of the "sensitve" tests instead of the dollar store ones I have been using?

Thanks,
Mandy

Welcome to the boards. I would wait a week or so before testing. If it was just now implantation bleeding you need to give it time to burrow in more and get established before you get that
