I am spotting and cramping 5 days after my period ended...Any one have any idea why this would be happening?

If i remember correctly, you're periods have been a little out of the norm and you've been having different PMS symptoms, that are not usual for you.
Was your period a normal period, meaning normal heaviness and length of time? Are you under a lot of stress?
If you are really concerned and you continue to spot, you will want to call your doctor. Only they can truly determine what is going on with your body.
