late but negative tests.....

ok here’s my story....I am 18 days late. My period was supposed to come on April 27th. On April 20th I had light spotting, on the first day it was only noticeable when I wiped, on the second day it was like a very light period day, and on the third day it was like the first day but only lasted 2 hours. I have taken 5 tests, I took 3 two weeks ago when I found out I was late, and I took 2 yesterday and they all turned out negative. If I’m not pregnant then what the heck is going on? I have never been this late before. Has anyone else gone through something like this???

Also I have EXTREME fatigue and I pee at LEAST 20 times a day. I have been dizzy for the past week and I get random cramps around my belly button area.

I did. I had 2 negatives and i was real late. Then i had a super light +
