I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with me for the last 2-3 weeks I have had horrible sickness many days I throw up more than I keep down my dizziness is so bad I can't focus a lot, etc etc.

But here's the thing I'm on continuous birth control so even though I took a few pills late in the day I still wouldn't ovulate right? I've also been bleeding lightly first it was old blood now its reallly light pink you can't bleed like that when you're pregnant right?

If your feeling sick you should see a doctor. Either your pregnant or you may have some sort of flu or virus. When in doubt, take a pregnancy test. If you are feeling ill and get a negative result and are still worried. Call your doctor. People can have spotting when they are pregnant. Anything is possible.
