I am kind of confused; let me try to explain this so maybe someone will have an idea what’s wrong with me.

I am 26 I have been on the pill trivora since I was 15. I had some really bad periods when I was younger and started the pill to help me become regular. When I was younger I was not very good at taking them like I was supposed to but now I am much better. I take them everyday usually around the same time (right before bed). So to continue, my boyfriend and I have been having sex a lot lately. Its mainly because of me I have been crazy for the past month now, I just can’t get enough. We do not use condoms because I am on the pill and have been on it for so long now.

Ok so quick recap, I have been crazy craving sex this whole month and pretty much have had it almost everyday except maybe 2 or 3 days. I have been taking my pill everyday (before bed). No he does not pull out..again I have been on the pill so long, figure it would be ok no worries.

My last period was on Feb 21/08 I am due for my next one 3/20/08. As of right now I still have a week and 2 days till I am supposed to be getting my period.

Today’s date is 3/11/08 about 4 or 5 days ago I noticed that my nipples were killing me like OMG they hurt so bad that by Boyfriend kissed them and it felt like he bit it with his freaking teeth, I was about to knock him out. After about 3 days of only the nipples hurting, now both of my breast hurt as well as the nipples. Both breast feel like they are super heavy and in my opinion feel hardish, and yes hurt very sore tender. Also my nipples are like funny looking, on the bottom part of both of them they are white and puffy looking like it sticks out, my boyfriend said they look like they are sore.

Also about 2 days ago on top of my breast hurting I now have cramps and what feels like muscle spasms in my uterus. The spasms come and go, as well as the cramps they are on and off.

Now sometimes before my period I get cramps and my breasts do hurt. But never have my nipples hurt this bad before. What bothers me is usually before I get my period I have cramps and my breast are tender, not ever this bad though. Also for it to begin 14 days before I am even due for my next period is weird isn’t that too early for PMS. I am very confused, am I getting my period early or is there something else going on. Does anyone know can anyone help me please?

Also wanted to add in I took 2 test and they were both negative, I read somewhere that it would be a little early for it to show on a test, but I wanted to check anyways.

If anyone can help me that would be great I am confused and don't know what to expect at this point period or no period.

Welcome to the boards. Hmm you're still a week out from having your next period. I am not a doctor so I can't give medical advice. I do know that doctors can order a blood test that can give accurate results much earlier than the over the counter urine test. That being said, you still have a good week to wait before you can really get a good result for sure (with an at home pregnancy test). I would contact my doctor and see if I should continue taking the pill or not and also tell them about your breast symptoms. I know that breast tenderness can be a sign in early pregnancy and for PMS, though if it is really hurting and you are having a change in appearance and feel it could be something else. Your breasts hurting that bad and feeling hard sounds like what I experieced when my breasts were engorged from breast-feeding ineffectively, which happens "after" the baby is born. If you're body is doing crazy things, call the doctor. That is what they are there for. Are you pregnant or not, hard to really say. When we think we are pregnant our mind and bodies can do some crazy things, even if we're not. Let us know if you find out!

I'm not certain is you were hoping for a BFP or if you weren't quite ready for baby. Either way, I am glad you can put your mind at ease.
