I have been on birth control for about 6 months now. I am nearing the end of my second pack of Reclipsen currently. I take my pill everyday, RELIGIOUSLY. I was on TriNessa for two months, switched to Gianvi for a little over three months, and then stopped taking pills altogether for about a week or so before switching to Reclipsen. While I was in the middle of the switch I was not sexually active and this was two months ago. I had my last period like normal and my next is due in about four days. Shortly after my last period I started experiencing some symptoms that are worrying me. I have had some weird abdominal cramping, unlike my period cramps, with the occasional sharp pain near my ovaries. I still have this but it is now mixed with cramps that feel normal. I have had slight nausea but for the most part it has subsided. I have been tired and had an increase in appetite. My breasts became sore at the end of last week. I also noticed extremely small white spots around my areola in the shower a few days ago. They kind of look like tiny zits and they are only visible in the shower. I have looked into it and have found something called Montgomery's Tubercles? I have been slightly emotional, but nothing that is extraordinarily unusual. I have also noticed an increase in discharge, that is thick and white. Do you think there is a chance that I am pregnant? Like I said, I take my pill EVERYDAY at the same time and my period is not due for another few days. But I feel that it may be even later if I have it at all because I am stressing out about it. Please help!
