congrats and welcome!!!! my advice is to just go with the flow, forget housework and stuff, and just enjoy your little ones!!! If laundry piles up for a few days or dishes don't make it immediately into the dishwasher, so be it!!! The first few months are an adjustment, but as they get older, its one of the best gifts you could have ever given your children AND yourself!

dishes don't make it immediately into the dishwasher, so be it!!!
How I wish we had a dishwasher! I'm at it at least twice a day by hand just to be sure we keep the bugs and mice away. (older homes are hardest to seal from wildlife!
