Default Do you think Bfeeding REALLY burns all those calories?

Just curious...
If I'm really burning 500 calories/day then how come I'm not losing weight faster? I'm eating the same as I was before but havent started exercising yet... cant carve out the time yet... its tough to manage three kids schedules!
