When you decide you want to take a HPT(home pregnancy test) and you drink so much water in hopes you will pee which of course you will be peeing but you could also end up with a false bfn when your actually pregnant.

So, usually Urine is more concentrated in the morning for most people and some it's more concentrated in the afternoon .

So the best time to take a hpt is when the urine is more concentrated .
