SPD /back pain during pregnancy

Hi there, new to the site and want to say hi...also have been diagnosed with SPD although minor and a friend saw this info on line The mother of invention: The amazing array of health aids dreamed up by patients | Mail Online and I decided to take the plunge! The Hug-a-Bump has changed my life...well at least made it that much easier..recommend to any of you girls whose bump, if like mine, is taking over your spine! x
