im about 7 weeks now and im experiencing some abdominal cramping... is this a bad sign or constipation pains?

also.. im only 19.
does anyone know of a good way to break it to my mom?

constipation could be the culprit. I know I had them extremely bad early on in pg. I would keep an eye on the discharge you may have and if you have any bleeding call your dr.

I can imagine that it will be hard telling your mom that your pregnant at such a young age, but make it a good thing when you tell her. My suggestion is maybe take her out to lunch or go to a store and buy an angel baby type thing and give it to her with a card.
