I am still absolutely stunned by how gorgeous Monique's rooms are and I have started to look into some theme ideas for my own nursery. My baby is not due until Jun, but it will give me plenty of time to decide and get everything together. How did you come up with a theme for your child's first room? Can you sure some photos please?

We do not know if we are having a boy or girl yet, but here are some ideas I was toying with


Boy/Girl

Classic Winnie the Pooh - I have always loved Winnie the Pooh and own a whole collection of the classic items

Boy:

Something light blue or light green? I have no idea...military or a patriotic theme since husband is active Army as I was and also was in National Guard and now Reserves? Or maybe something with historical Rome since husband and I love Roman history. Or even maybe a Knights theme?? Maybe "Where the Wild Things Are" book theme

Girl:

I of course love that Strawberry Shortcake theme, but my creativitiy talents are far lacking Monique's. Maybe something with elephants (my favorite animal) or even Rainbow Bright. Finally, Alice in Wonderland. I love the poem the Walrus and the Carpenter
