no fetal heartbeat w/ doppler

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant, and had my dr's appt yesterday. He could not get a heartbeat using the doppler. I am to go back in 4 weeks, and we'll try again. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks, and got a heartbeat of 117 bpm. I am worried that we didn't get a heartbeat yesterday. Anyone have any information or input on this?
