Default I have a question about bikini waxing. Please help me.

Hi. I'm pregnant with my 2nd child, and I'm one month from my due date. Once I couldn't see past my belly during my 1st pregnancy, I did not/could not shave. So I just let it all go. I hated it because I usually shave. I thought about going for a wax, but never did. During this pregnancy, I have been able to shave up until last month. I just used a mirror and hoped for the best. Its just a huge irritation to try it, so I have stopped trying now. I have been thinking about trying a bikini wax this time around, but I have a few concerns. If I get waxed a day or two before my due date, wont it be uncomfortable once my hair starts to grow back? I am going for a natural childbirth (because my 1st was natural). I'm worried that while I heal, it will be uncomfortable/irritating/or painful when my hair starts to grow back. Or am I just over analyzing the whole process? If anyone can answer my concern, please let me know. Thank you.

I am due tomorrow and I had a wax (brazilian, my first one ever cuz I was a shaver and didn't want to have to worry too much post-baby), and it is growing back nicely...hardly anything at all so far, and it grows back completely different to shaving as shaving takes the top off the hair making it blunt and also irritating to the skin, but waxing takes out the whole hair and it grows back feeling finer than shaving. I have had absolutely no irritation at all, and recommend it all the way.
Goodluck :-)

Wow, you are brave!! Did it hurt really badly during the wax? I'm scared to do it since they say your "parts" are extra sensitive during pregnancy. It definitely sounds like it would be nice to have everything hair-free down there for the recovery.
