I am kind of confused; let me try to explain this so maybe someone will have an idea what’s wrong with me.

I am 26 I have been on the pill trivora since I was 15. I had some really bad periods when I was younger and started the pill to help me become regular. When I was younger I was not very good at taking them like I was supposed to but now I am much better. I take them everyday usually around the same time (right before bed). So to continue, my boyfriend and I have been having sex a lot lately. Its mainly because of me I have been crazy for the past month now, I just can’t get enough. We do not use condoms because I am on the pill and have been on it for so long now.

Ok so quick recap, I have been crazy craving sex this whole month and pretty much have had it almost everyday except maybe 2 or 3 days. I have been taking my pill everyday (before bed). No he does not pull out..again I have been on the pill so long, figure it would be ok no worries.

My last period was on Feb 21/08 I am due for my next one 3/20/08. As of right now I still have a week and 2 days till I am supposed to be getting my period.

Today’s date is 3/11/08 about 4 or 5 days ago I noticed that my nipples were killing me like OMG they hurt so bad that by Boyfriend kissed them and it felt like he bit it with his freaking teeth, I was about to knock him out. After about 3 days of only the nipples hurting, now both of my breast hurt as well as the nipples. Both breast feel like they are super heavy and in my opinion feel hardish, and yes hurt very sore tender. Also my nipples are like funny looking, on the bottom part of both of them they are white and puffy looking like it sticks out, my boyfriend said they look like they are sore.

Also about 2 days ago on top of my breast hurting I now have cramps and what feels like muscle spasms in my uterus. The spasms come and go, as well as the cramps they are on and off.

Now sometimes before my period I get cramps and my breasts do hurt. But never have my nipples hurt this bad before. What bothers me is usually before I get my period I have cramps and my breast are tender, not ever this bad though. Also for it to begin 14 days before I am even due for my next period is weird isn’t that too early for PMS. I am very confused, am I getting my period early or is there something else going on. Does anyone know can anyone help me please?

Also wanted to add in I took 2 test and they were both negative, I read somewhere that it would be a little early for it to show on a test, but I wanted to check anyways.

If anyone can help me that would be great I am confused and don't know what to expect at this point period or no period.

Anything is possible.
Just keep testing, testing, testing.

First off, when you test again, use a First Response Early Result. It is the most sensitive one out there and it rarely gives false positives.

If you are pregnant, you may not get a positive until the day your period is actually due. KUP on how you're doing!

I have decided to just wait and see what happens, wait and see if it comes and if it does how it is flow wise. Still feeling kind of crappy though, I can't run with out my breast feeling like they are going to fall off like hard rock. And god forbid I press on them.. But my nipples still look they same even though they are rather tender as well.

I would wait until the day you're due, and if AF doesn't show, test the next morning. My sister got pregnant on the pill twice, and nothing is 100% to prevent pregnancy except not having sex, so you very well could be. I was also on the pill when I got pregnant with this little bun.

Well first off the pill is not 100%. my sister has gotten pg once on the pill. I would try using the EPT test. I found out 2 weeks before i was suspose to get my lovely friend of the month. Hope it all works out for you.

Recent studies show that women who take the pill for over five years almost certainly will end up pregnant. I was a faithful pill taker and I sure am pregnant! Things you eat and other medications also lower the effectiveness of the pill. I would talk to your doctor!
