I have been taking the birth control pill for the past almost 5 years. My period was supposed to start on Sunday (today is Monday), but it has not yet, and I have not been cramping. Now, this isn't abnormal for me, I've often had irregular periods, but I have a different feeling about this. My problem is, I don't know if this is just me being hopeful, or me acutally subconciously knowing what's going on. I know, the only way to know is just to take a test, but I'd like to wait a few more days to see if I start my period. Some of my symptoms are tenderness in the breasts, frequent urination, slight constipation/difference in bowel movements, slight spotting a week before I was supposed to start, fatigue, heartburn (which I NEVER had before), and I'm often much more hungrier than before. And I know that a lot of women have gotten pregnant while taking the pill. I guess I would just like to know other women's opinions and experiences with becoming pregnant while on the pill.
