hello all! I am new here. I was posting on another site that merged with a larger site and left me no where to turn. So here I am- joining you all.
I have a question. I am at 38 weeks, and havn't had ANY pregnancy symptoms the whole time. Today, I started to have mid to lower back pain. However, I am a cosmotologist and on my feet alot. I have read that lower back pain can be a sign of oncomming labor. Just wondering what you all thought. I know I will just have to wait it out, but now I am getting anchious!

Wow at 38 weeks your due to go at any time really. Yeah, back pain could be early labor. Some people have back labor. I didn't but a lot of my friends have. Keep us in the loop on how you are doing. And good luck!

Yeah I am almost guessing that this is a sign of oncoming labor. But thats great that you haven't had any symptoms so far!! I hope all is going well..

If you are having back pain you may be contracting. You can have contractions for a few weeks though, but I would say your body is definitely getting ready for labor. Congrats on a great pregnancy!!
