A: Achieving the 'Perfect Lip' takes a little preparation and a dash of know-how, and as always, preparation is key.

To keep your lips in tip-top condition, it's a good idea to exfoliate on a weekly basis. To do this, use an old toothbrush and sweep gently from side to side. This will remove dead skin cells and allow the new skin to shine through.
Next, moisturize with a lip balm.

Now, you're ready for the application of color. Pinks and strong reds look fabulous when teamed with subtle makeup and golden skin. Using a lip brush, paint on a natural line and fill in with color. The added advantage of using this method is that your lipstick will last much longer. Blot the color with a tissue, \Fthen re-apply another layer.
