Q: Does anyone know how to get the whites in your eyes whiter? I've heard all kinds of crazy stuff... even putting diluted lemon juice in your eyes. That doesn't sound like fun.

Anyone have any dietary tips and/or products that help to make eye whites whiter?

A: This is a very interesting question, and like you say, there is a lot of, shall we call it 'dodgy' advice out there, so here's the simplest answer to your question, that I learned in Beauty School: use a white eye liner pencil.

By placing white on the inner rim of the eye, this will open up the eye area, making it appear brighter.

Now here are some other tips I found out:

1] Drink less alcohol.
2] Eat lots of carrots.
3] Wear navy or royal blue mascara.

There are other remedies which seem neither safe or wise so I shall refrain from commenting on them!
