Apart from growing to love what you have been given, you could try to prevent more from appearing by always applying SPF before you go outside.
To detract attention away from one area of your face, draw attention to another e.g. emphasise the eye area or bring attention to the lips with an application of plumping lip gloss.
For a natural, fresh look, apply some tinted moisturiser, this will help to 'subdue' the look of your freckles.
Alternatively, you can achieve a natural, healthy complexion by first patting on some mineral concealer, followed by an application of mineral foundation. The freckles will still show through albeit in a subtle fashion, but by using mineral makeup, you will be protecting your skin from the sun and the addition of yet more freckles.
