Q: I am very interested in wearing colored eyeliner but I haven't found a brand that I like yet. Do you know any brands that work well that won't smear or lose color?

A: Try the newly launched Penultimate Eye Liner by MAC, it works like a felt-tip pen and has great staying power although it's not recommended for use on the water line.

For traditional Khol pencils, my two favorite brands are Dior and Lancome. Just remember to sharpen the pencil between use.

Also, Bobbi Brown's eye liner gel pots are available in a range of cute colors. Apply with an extra fine eye liner brush and let the gel set for a few minutes.
