Default Tips for perfect skin

Hey guys. Did you know that salad as in ice berg lettuce has nearly no vitamins in it if any. Although the olive oil (in moderation) is very good for your skin and body. Coconut oil is also extremely good for you body taking a table spoon every day, google benefits of coconut oil and you will be surprised. You can also put this oil on your face for skin benefits, and it does not clog pores.. As for natural vitamins, you should be having raw or only slightly steamed vegetables which a variety of veggie types will give you a bunch of vitamins. Remember, the more you boil or fry them the more all the vitamins are being removed from the vegetable, which is why lightly streaming is best option. Then use a natural skin care routine that gives your skin all the vitamins you need too. There are some natural organic lines out there that use potent ingredients from all our earths 'wonder plants' so they really do work on anti aging. I currently use Jurlique, and i love it, it really work for my skin, i use the Purely Age Defying, and yet to try any other products from them, as i am happy with this for now. Check out their FB page as they often give away free products in promos. Lastly get enough sleep, and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to flush out all the toxins in your body, this will also help reduce tired eyes, and will work even better than caffeine to wake you up.. Give it a go for one week and see how refreshed you feel.. An apple a day keeps the doctor away was a legit saying too BTW! Hope this helps
