Keigan has been a bit constipated recently so I decided to introduce prunes last night at dinner. Then again at breakfast. Well thankfully they did the trick! I laid him down to change him, got the diaper undone and realized that it was a blow-out up the front. As I'm reaching for a wipe, he of course decides to roll over. I'm trying to keep to him on his back but he wiggles away and I realize then that it was also a blowout up the back! So I now have poop on the the change mat and on the floor. I'm holding his arm so he doesn't pull himself away, but what does he do? Smack his hand in the open diaper! I'm trying to keep him in one place to contain the mess, wipe down hand and bottom, remove the dirty diaper while trying to reach for more wipes! In the end, I had to take him to the shower and rinse him off to get him cleaned off. Then as I'm towelling him off, he goes and pees on me!! The whole ordeal used over 10 wipes, a clean diaper, a change of clothes for him, a change of pants for me and a clean changing mat and the floor being washed! Man, I wish had at least 2 extra arms these days!

Anyone else have some interesting diaper change stories??
