Happy Birthday to Anna! I can't believe she's one already. This past year went by so fast.

She had her 1 year checkup today. She's 28 3/4" and 19 lbs and 12 oz and doing great. The doctor was impressed with her vocabulary (she knows five words without prompting - daddy, jakie (our dog), kitty, teddy, and Big Bird and will repeat many others such as elmo, shoe, and cracker when prompted). She got two shots at one time and only cried a little.

We're having a party tomorrow at my mom's for my side of the family and one on Sunday for dh's side of the family.

As for ttc #2 - I'm ready, I just have to convince dh!

She still amazes me every day and I still can't believe she's one.
